For every dollar a man makes!

I was just curious on how much a man makes and came across some statistics comparing income based on gender. For every dollar a man makes a woman makes 77cents. I find this to be absurd!!! This being said, it is even if they hokld the same degree and have the same experience. They earn more based solely on the fact that they hold the title, "MAN". Not only that but if you are not 'white' maenign black or spanish that 77 cents drops down even more. 61 cents if you are a black female and 52 cents if you are a spanish woman. I am speechless whenit comes to this. When is this society going to realize a female can do the same work as a male.

Awaiting the hand of someone who’s strong and tall.   “A lady only speaks when spoken to.”   Words that have worn her ears before she could lace her own shoes.    “ Don’t eat so much, a lady must always watch her figure.”      The maiden’s first trigger.    You see, she’s been trained and groomed to fit the needs of men.   Before she could even reach the age of ten.    Men are blessed with strength and glor y when they'r e born.    Women? Heteronormativity is a strange, but powerful thing. When a little girl and little boy play together, adults will project these odd notions onto them, making jokes about a future romance between the children. However, when two girls play together, it isn’t likely the same remarks will be made about their relationship. In Susan Shaw and Janet Lee's chapter on Sex and Intimacy, they detail that sexual scripts “provide frameworks and guidelines for sexual feelings and behaviors in a particular community at a particular time” and marks a crucial note that “foundational in these scripts is the oppositional binary of heterosexuality and homosexuality that constructs normative sexuality and shapes sexual feelings and expression” (281).
